Why I love Italian Sausage, Onions and Peppers Skillet?

  • It’s a little spicy but not too spicy.
  • It’s a great way to get some vegetables into your diet.
  • It makes a quick and tasty meal by itself.

What goes with Italian sausage peppers and onions?

Garlic bread could nicely balance out this meal of meat, vegetables and cheese. Zinfandel is excellent for any pork, but a smoky Italian sausage may pair with Sicilian and Puglian red wines.

How long to saute peppers and onions?

How soft do you want it? Ten minutes is the minimum, but you can go for fifteen to twenty minutes.

How to serve Italian Sausage, Onions and Peppers Skillet?

This is a dish best served hot. It’s a great dinner entree but it may be welcome at an Italian-themed luncheon. A cool side salad can provide a varied plate.
