Ingredients
2cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
1large yellow onion, diced finely
4stalks celery, diced finely
1cupbaby carrots
2red bell peppers, chopped
1can of white potatoes, sliced
1can diced roasted tomatoes
1/4cupchopped fresh parsley
1Tbsp.minced garlic
1tbsp.salt
1tsp.ground black pepper
8oz.pasta
Instructions
Add the chicken, vegetables, tomatoes, about 8 cups of water, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Prepare the cooked pasta according to package instructions.
