Ingredients
For the cake:
3C.All-purpose flour
1C.Granulated sugar
½C.Butter unsalted and melted
2large eggs
1tsp.Vanilla extract
1Tbsp.Baking powder
1 ½C.Milk
For the topping:
1C.Butter unsalted and melted
1C.Brown sugar
2Tbsp.Flour
3tsp.Cinnamon
For the glaze:
1C.Powdered sugar
2-3Tbsp.Milk
1tsp.Vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the cake and add it in a smooth layer to a well-greased 9x13 baking dish.
Mix together the ingredients for the topping, pour on top of the cake layer, and swirl it into the top of the cake layer with a butter knife.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and drizzle over the warm cake. Let the glaze set before serving.
