Ingredients:

For the cake:

3 C. All-purpose flour

1 C. Granulated sugar

½ C. Butter unsalted and melted

2 large eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. Baking powder

1 ½ C. Milk

For the topping:

1 C. Butter unsalted and melted

1 C. Brown sugar

2 Tbsp. Flour

3 tsp. Cinnamon

For the glaze:

1 C. Powdered sugar

2-3 Tbsp. Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla extract

How to make Easy Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the cake and add it in a smooth layer to a well-greased 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3. Mix together the ingredients for the topping, pour on top of the cake layer, and swirl it into the top of the cake layer with a butter knife.

Step 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.

Step 5. Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and drizzle over the warm cake. Let the glaze set before serving.
