Ingredients
4Large Russet Potatoes, Sliced into wedges
4tbspOlive Oil
2tspSalt
2tspGarlic Powder
2tspItalian Seasoning
½cupParmesan Cheese, Shredded
Fresh Parsley
Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, For dipping
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 375° F / 190° C. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.
In a large bowl, place potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle the potato wedges with the seasoning mixture and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
On the prepared baking sheet, place the potato in a single layer with skin side down.
Bake for 25-35 minutes. Make sure the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is golden.
To serve, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Add ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
