4 Large Russet Potatoes (Sliced into wedges)

4 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Italian Seasoning

½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Shredded)

Fresh Parsley

Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing (For dipping)

How to make Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges:

Step 1: Preheat the oven at 375° F / 190° C. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl, place potato wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

Step 3: In a small bowl, whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.

Sprinkle the potato wedges with the seasoning mixture and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.

Step 4: On the prepared baking sheet, place the potato in a single layer with the skin side down.
