Bacon Cheese Burger Skillet
Ingredients

oz.
elbow macaroni
1
lb.
lean ground beef
6-8
bacon strips
,
cooked, chopped
1 3/4
cups
beef broth
2
tsp
worcestershire sauce
4
tbsp
ketchup
2-3
tsp
cornstarch
2
cups
shredded colby jack cheese
Instructions
Cook noodles according directions on package, until just al dente.
In a deep skillet, brown ground beef. Drain beef, and return to pan.
Stir in cooked noodles, cooked bacon, beef broth, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and cornstarch.
Bring to a simmer, and simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until liquid is reduced and sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups shredded cheese, top with remaining cheese.
Serve immediately.
