Ingredients
2C.Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 ⅓C.Mayonnaise
1Tbsp.White vinegar
1C.Diced celery
½C.Chopped green onions
1C.Bacon crumbles
1Large tomato chopped
½C.Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
