This Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Macaroni Salad is out of this world amazing and has become a favorite
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 10-15 minutes | Servings: 8
Ingredients:
2 C. Uncooked elbow macaroni
1 ⅓ C. Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. White vinegar
1 C. Diced celery
½ C. Chopped green onions
1 C. Bacon crumbles
1 large tomato chopped
½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Macaroni Salad:
Step 1. Cook the elbow macaroni until done to your liking, and rinse under cold water until the noodles are cool. Drain completely.
Step 2. Place the noodles into a large mixing bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well.
