Ingredients
1 ½cupsbutter, softened
2cupspacked brown sugar
1cupwhite sugar
115 ounce can of pumpkin puree
1egg
1 ½teaspoonvanilla extract
4cupsall purpose flour
2cupsquick cooking oats
3teaspoonsground cinnamon
2teaspoonsbaking soda
1teaspoonbaking powder
1 ½teaspoonhimalayian pink salt
2cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl blend the brown sugar, white sugar, ground cinnamon andbutter. Beat until fully blended.
Next, add in the egg, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree. Beat until well blended.
In another medium sized mixing bowl add in quick cooking oats, himalayian pinksalt, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir together until fully blended.
Now transfer the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Make sure it is allfully combined.
Pour in your semi sweet chocolate chips and fold until they are completelyincorporated.
Place about a spoonful of batter onto a greased cookie pan.
