Ingredients
20piecesof asparagus spears, remove the hard ends
Seasoning salt and pepper to taste
½cupall purpose flour
1egg
½cupwhole grain breadcrumbs
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Pour the whole grain breadcrumbs and flour on separate plates.
Thoroughly mix up the egg and pour onto another plate.
Make an assembly line for dipping.
Roll your asparagus spears into the flour and shake off excess. Next, dip them into the egg mixture and finally roll in the whole grain breadcrumbs.
Place on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle all the parmesan cheese on top.
