¼cupButter
¼cupBrown Sugar
¼tspSalt
⅛tspGround Pepper

Instructions
Add the carrots in a large saucepan over medium heat with 1-inch-deep water. Bring it to a boil.
Then, turn the heat down to low and cover the pan. Simmer the carrots for about 10 minutes until the carrots are soft and tender.
Drain the carrots and place them into bowl and set aside.
Add butter in a large saucepan and allow it to melt.
Then, add in brown sugar, salt and pepper. Make sure to stir until well mixed.
When the glaze is bubbling, add the carrots in the saucepan and toss until well coated.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parley to serve and enjoy!
