One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Spinach and Mushrooms

This dish is easy to make, does not take special ingredients and you can have dinner on the table very quickly. A deliciously satisfying meal that they will never forget. They will be asking for it many times. Make it for a special celebration, to impress friends and family or just because this is the best dish ever!
Ingredients
14oz/400 grams Farfalle Pasta
3tbspOlive Oil
1Onions, Minced
4clovesGarlic, Minced
14oz/400 grams Mushrooms, Sliced
10oz/300 grams Fresh Spinach
1/2cup/125 ml Vegetable Broth
Ground Pepper, To taste
1tspItalian Seasoning
1/2cupParmesan Cheese, Grated
1/2cupHeavy Whipping Cream
1tspRed Chilli Pepper Flakes
Instructions
In a medium saucepan with boiling water add the farfalle pasta with salt and a dash of olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain hot water and put the pasta in a bowl with cold water and set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion stir for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to a medium bowl once done and set aside.
In the same skillet, saute the mushrooms for about 3 minutes until brown.
Transfer the mushrooms to the same bowl with the onion.
In the same skillet, add the spinach and cook for about 2 minutes until wilted. Add more olive oil if needed.
Transfer the spinach to the same bowl with the onion and mushrooms.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil to the same skillet and add the garlic. Cook for around 30 seconds.
When the garlic is golden brown, pour in the vegetable broth.
Then add the whipping cream, the Italian seasoning and some chili pepper flakes.
Then add the Parmesan cheese and mix together with the cream mixture.
Stir until well combined for around 3 minutes.
After the cream is ready, add the onion, mushrooms and spinach back to the skillet and toss to coat.
Add the cooked pasta to the creamy mixture and carefully toss to coat.
To serve, garnish with red pepper flakes and extra Parmesan cheese on top.
