This dessert is lucious, creamy and flavorful. It is easy to make, the family or friends are all going to love it.
Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½C.Graham crackers crushed
1Stick of butter melted
½C.Granulated sugar
For the cream cheese layer:
8oz.Cream cheese softened
2C.Heavy whipping cream
¼C.Granulated sugar
For the pudding layer:
2Boxes of instant butterscotch pudding mix
2 ½C.Milk
For the whipped cream layer:
1C.Heavy whipping cream
3Tbsp.Powdered sugar
For the topping:
Butterscotch ice cream topping
Shaved chocolate
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x9 baking dish well.
Add the ingredients for the crust in a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the crust and let cool.
While the crust cools, combine the ingredients for the cream cheese layer until smooth and fluffy. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Combine the pudding layer ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
Beat together the ingredients for the whipped cream layer until soft peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream mixture over the pudding layer.
Chill the mixture for four hours.
Top with butterscotch ice cream topping and shaved chocolate before serving.
