Ingredients

Pork tenderloins that equal 2 ½ - 3 lbs.

Cloves
of garlic cut into slivers
¼
C.
Soy sauce

Tbsp.
Honey
2
Tbsp.
Dijon mustard
1
Tbsp.
Herbs de provence
2
Tbsp.
Fresh orange juice
3
Tbsp.
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Poke holes in the top of the pork tenderloins about a ½ of an inch deep.
Stuff the slivers of garlic into the holes in the pork.
In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, dijon mustard, herbs de provence, orange juice and salt and pepper to taste.
Slowly whisk the olive oil into the sauce mixture 1 tbsp at a time.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork tenderloins in a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the pork is cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees.
Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
