Ingredients
1 ½lbs.Ground beef
2Cans condensed french onion soup
½C.Bread crumbs
1Large egg
¼tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Black pepper
2Tbsp.Flour
½C.Ketchup
½C.Water
1tsp.Mustard powder
2Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meat, ⅓ cup of the French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt and pepper. Knead with your hands until combined well.
Form the meat mixture into 6 even patties.
Sear the patties on both sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stove.
Whisk together the rest of the soup, flour, ketchup, water, mustard powder, and worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Pour the soup mixture over the browned patties in the skillet, reduce the heat to medium or medium-low, and simmer for 20 minutes covered.
