Buttermilk

Oil for frying
Instructions
Mix together the buttermilk and eggs. Place the chicken into the mixture, and marinate for 1 hour.
Combine the flour and baking powder on a plate.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk mixture and roll in the flour mixture.
Heat a few inches of oil in a high sided skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
