What Ingredients needed to make this Man Catching Fried Chicken:

8 Pieces chicken legs and/or thighs with skin on

2 Large eggs

3 C. Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour

4 C. Buttermilk

1 Tbsp. Baking powder

Oil for frying

How to make Man Catching Fried Chicken:

Step 1. Mix together the buttermilk and eggs. Place the chicken into the mixture, and marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2. Combine the flour and baking powder on a plate.

Step 3. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk mixture and roll in the flour mixture.

Step 4. Heat a few inches of oil in a high sided skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

Step 5. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should be at least 165 degrees.
