The recipe is easy to follow, tastes great and will make everyone happy! Fried Chicken does that, and when it is Southern Fried Chicken it is even better because you know it has a kick, but also super juicy meat.
Ingredients
8Boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
2C.Buttermilk
3C.Self rising flour
1 ½tsp.Salt
Pepper to taste
2Large eggs
2C.Milk
Oil for frying
Instructions
Place the chicken tenderloins into the buttermilk, and soak for at least an hour.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk.
Mix together the eggs and milk in a bowl.
Mix together the flour, salt and pepper, and divide it evenly onto two plates.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then the flour, the egg mixture again, and coat it with a final layer of flour.
Heat an inch or two of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
