This recipe for Crawfish Bread is super easy, it tastes delicious and even picky eaters love it. It is colorful and makes a great meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

Crawfish tail meat

Mayonnaise

French bread
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prep the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Cut the French bread in half. Cut each half of French bread lengthwise. Set aside.
Rinse Crawfish.
Add butter to the skillet. Melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic, cooking it for several minutes.
Add in the tomatoes, crawfish and cajun seasonings. Stir to blend. Saute for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Set aside.
Add the swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley to the bowl. Stir to mix.
Add in the tomato, crawfish and seasonings to the bowl. Stir to mix.
Place the sliced french bread on the foil covered baking pan.
Scoop the crawfish mixture onto the bread. Spread it to cover the bread.
Place in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Sprinkle the top of the crawfish covered bread with Cobley Jack cheese.
Place under the boiler for 3-5 minutes. Watch so that the bread doesn’t burn.
Remove from the boiler. When slightly cooled cut into individual servings.
