Ingredients
4Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4oz.Can diced green chilis
2C.Pepper jack cheese
1Tbsp.Fajita seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast so that it forms a pocket that you can stuff.
Stuff each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp of the green chilis and ¼ cup of the pepper jack cheese.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts into a 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken.
Top the chicken with the remaining green chilis and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through completely.
