Prep Time: 10 minutes – Cook Time: 30 minutes – Servings: 4
Ingredients for Green Chili and Cheese Chicken:
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 oz. Can diced green chilis
2 C. Pepper jack cheese
1 Tbsp. Fajita seasoning
How To Make Green Chili and Cheese Chicken:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Cut a slit in the side of each chicken breast so that it forms a pocket that you can stuff.
Then
Step 3. Stuff each chicken breast with 1 Tbsp of the green chilis and ¼ cup of the pepper jack cheese.
Add green chilis:

Step 4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts into a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 5. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken.
Step 6. Top the chicken with the remaining green chilis and cheese.
Step 7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through completely.
