3tbspBrown Sugar
1tbspCumin
½tbspChili Powder
2tbspPaprika
1tbspChipotle Powder
1tbspCoriander – Ground
2cApple Cider
1Lemon
½cBBQ Sauce
½cWhiskey
2tbspOil

Instructions
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, brown sugar, cumin, chili powder, paprika, chipotle powder, and coriander.
Rub mix all over ribs then wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C.
Use a deep oven pan that you can set a grate on top of and fill the pan up with beer or cider.
Place the ribs on the grate over the liquid and then make a foil tent over top. (Foil over each side coming to a point through the middle.)
Place in the preheated oven.
Mix Apple Cider, Lemon, BBQ Sauce, Whiskey, and oil to make the baste.
Baste ribs every 45minutes as needed to keep moist.
