Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½C.Graham cracker crumbs
¼C.Sugar
4Tbsp.Butter unsalted and melted
For the filling:
2Egg yolks
1Can Sweetened condensed milk
½C.Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the ingredients for the crust and press tightly into the bottom of a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling until smooth and creamy.
Spread the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool and then chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
