Creamy Lemon Squares

These Creamy Lemon Squares are very good and they only require 10 minutes to prepare everything and 25 minutes for cooking!

Creamy Lemon Squares

Ingredients For Creamy Lemon Squares:

For the crust:

1 ½ C. Graham cracker crumbs

¼ C. Sugar

4 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted

For the filling:

2 Egg yolks

1 Can Sweetened condensed milk

½ C. Fresh lemon juice

How To Make Creamy Lemon Squares:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Mix together the ingredients for the crust and press tightly into the bottom of a well greased 9×9 baking dish.

Step 3. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.

Step 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the filling until smooth and creamy.

Step 5. Spread the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 6. Let cool and then chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
