This chicken noodle bake is the ultimate comfort food. Tender chicken and egg noodles are simmered in a creamy chicken broth, then topped with a crispy layer of cheese and bread crumbs. It's easy to see why this dish is a family favorite.
Ingredients
12oz.Egg noodles
4C.Shredded chicken
2Cans Cream of chicken soup
1C.Milk
1C.Shredded cheddar cheese
2C.Frozen mixed vegetables
½tsp.Garlic powder
½tsp.Onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the egg noodles and drain completely.
In a large bowl, toss together all of the ingredients including the egg noodles.
Layer the mixture in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
