30 minute Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken meal to satisfy your chicken cravings!
Ingredients
4Boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets sliced into bite-sized pieces
2Large eggs + 1 Tbsp. Water
1C.Flour
1tsp.Cayenne pepper
1tsp.Paprika
½tsp.Salt
¼tsp.Pepper
½tsp.Garlic powder
¼C.Vegetable oil
For the sauce:
½C.Honey
2Tbsp.Soy sauce
2tsp.Minced garlic
1Tbsp.Cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp. Water
Instructions
Beat together the eggs and water.
In a Ziploc bag, shake together the flour, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then place in the Ziploc bag. Shake to coat the chicken well in the batter.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and cook the chicken evenly on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the honey, soy sauce and minced garlic to a low boil.
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
