This Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken was the bomb! The chicken was tender and the sauce was amazing! Great combination!
Ingredients Needed To Make Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken:
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 Large eggs + 1 Tbsp. Water
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Garlic powder
¼ C. Vegetable oil
For the sauce:
½ C. Honey
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp. Water
How To Make Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken:
Step 1. Beat together the eggs and water.
Step 2. In a Ziploc bag, shake together the flour, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then place in the Ziploc bag. Shake to coat the chicken well in the batter.

Step 4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat, and cook the chicken evenly on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Step 5. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the honey, soy sauce and minced garlic to a low boil.

Step 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Step 7. Toss the crispy chicken in the sauce and serve.
