Cajun garlic has always been the favorite seasoning of all time with chicken or pasta, but now you need to try it with salmon, this baked salmon recipe is easy to make and hardly takes more than half an hour to assemble.
Ingredients
2fillets of Salmon
3tbspbutter, melted
3clovesgarlic, minced
1tbsphoney
1/2lemon, juiced
½tbspCajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, lightly greasing foil with oil.
In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice.
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place on the foil. Sprinkle filets with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Drizzle butter mixture over the top of the fillets.
Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through.
