Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon is the perfect dinner to serve for busy days and nights! My family loves it!
I love cooking with salmon, my favorites ones are: Salmon Croquettes, Honey Garlic Salmon and Baked Teriyaki Salmon
This Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon dish requires simple ingredients and it’s very good to serve with fluffy rice!
Ingredients You Need To Make Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon:
2 fillets of Salmon
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp honey
1/2 lemon, juiced
½ tbsp Cajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, to garnish
How To Make Cajun Garlic Baked Salmon:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 375˚F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, lightly greasing foil with oil.
Step 2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey and lemon juice.
Step 3. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place on the foil. Sprinkle filets with Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Drizzle butter mixture over the top of the fillets.
And
Step 4. Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until cooked through.
