There's nothing quite like a good bowl of Mongolian ground beef noodles. This dish is hearty and flavorful, with a mix of savory and sweet flavors that will leave you wanting more.
Ingredients
1lb.Ground beef
1Tbsp.Ginger paste
5tsp.Minced garlic
½C.Beef broth
½C.Soy sauce
¼C.Brown sugar
⅓C.Hoisin sauce
Pepper and red pepper flakes to taste
1Box linguini noodles
Instructions
Cook the linguini noodles to your liking and drain well.
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium-high heat and saute until browned completely.
Stir in the ginger paste and garlic, and saute for another minute.
Mix in the beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar and pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Saute for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the sauce thickens a bit.
Stir the noodles into the meat and sauce mixture and toss to coat well.
Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
