Large beefsteak tomatoes cut into thick slices

Dried basil

Dried Oregano

Fresh grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add the tomato slices to a parchment-lined baking sheet and top with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the oregano and basil over the tomatoes.
Spread the grated parmesan on the top of the tomatoes.
Bake the tomatoes for 10 minutes.
Remove and garnish with parsley before serving.
