Ingredients
3cupsfresh Peaches, diced and seed removed
1whole Medium Red Onion, diced Very Fine
2Red Bell Peppers, seeded and diced
2Roma tomatoes, diced
2whole Jalapeños, seeded and minced
1/2bunch Cilantro, Chopped
1/4tsp.Chili Powder
Dash Of Salt
Juice Of 1 Lime
Instructions
Chop the peaches, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, into small chunks and throw them into a bowl. Toss to combine.
Add all of the other ingredients. Stir.
Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed for flavor.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
