Ingredients
For the cake:
2C.All purpose flour
2C.Granulated sugar
¼C.Unsweetened cocoa powder
2tsp.Baking soda
1C.Buttermilk
1C.Boiling water
1C.Oil
2tsp.Vanilla extract
2Eggs, large
For the topping:
2C.Mini Marshmallows
1C.Sugar
2Tbsp.Butter
2Tbsp.Light corn syrup
¼C.Milk
1C.Chocolate chips
½C.Chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the ingredients for the cake into a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Spread the batter in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cooked completely through.
Let cool to room temperature.
Spread the mini marshmallows over the cooled cake.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, butter, light corn syrup and sugar. Whisk to combine, and bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
Drizzle the chocolate mixture over the mini marshmallows on the cake.
