Ingredients
1lblean ground beef, 93/7%
1TbspWorcheshire sauce
2Tbspketchup
1yellow onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Chipotle sauce
Tomato slices
Lettuce
5flour tortillas, large
Instructions
Prep the skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat.
Drain off any grease,
Add the Worcheshire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to mix.
Lower the heat from medium-high to low.
Continue to cook on low for 5 minutes.
Place the flour tortillas flat on the counter.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on the center of the tortilla.
Scoop the meat mixture over the cheddar cheese.
Drizzle some of the Chipotle sauce on top of the meat mixture.
Add tomato slices.
Roll the filled tortilla like a burrito.
Preheat an inside grill.
Place the filled tortillas on the grill for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the grill.
Put on a plate.
Carefully unwrap the wrap and add lettuce.
Reroll the wrap and cut diagonally in the center of the wrap.
