Ingredients
¾cupBrown Sugar, Packed
½cupGranulated Suga
1tsp.Baking Soda
2 ½cupAll Purpose Flour
½tspAlmond Extract
2Eggs, large
2Sticks of Butter, Softened
1tspVanilla Extract
1cupWhite Chocolate Chips
1cupMacadamia Nuts, Chopped
PinchSalt
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Blend together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, salt, flour, almond extract, eggs, butter and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mix in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the cookies from the oven and place rem on a cookie rack and let them cool. Enjoy!
