Ingredients
1lbGround Beef
1Onion, Chopped
1BagFrozen Tater Tots
1CanGreen beans, Drain and save the liquid for the recipe
1CanCream of Onion Soup
¾cupSour Cream
8ozVelveeta, 1 package
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, soup, and liquid from the green beans, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the meat and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion has softened. Drain any extra fat.
Stir the green beans into the meat.
Layer the meat in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
Cut the Velveeta into pieces, and place it on the meat.
Place a layer of tater tots on top of the mixture.
Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients and bake for 1 hour.
