1Package Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix
Cooking Oil:
8cupVegetable Oil
Instructions
Add ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Beer Batter Mix:
Whisk together the beer and chicken fry batter mix together in a medium bowl.
Cooking Oil:
Pour in a heavy pot, heating until the oil reaches 360-375 degrees.
Cooking Steps:
Dredge the chicken tenders in the flour mix.
Dip the coated chicken tenders in the beer batter mix. Transfer to the pot of hot oil.
