Beer Batter:

1 (8 Oz) Can Of Beer

1 Package Louisiana Chicken Fry Batter Mix

Cooking Oil:

8 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:

Flour Mix:

Step 1. Add ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.

Beer Batter Mix:

Step 1. Whisk together the beer and chicken fry batter mix together in a medium bowl.

Cooking Oil:

Step 1. Pour in a heavy pot, heating until the oil reaches 360-375 degrees.

Cooking Steps:

Step 1. Dredge the chicken tenders in the flour mix.
