1 ½Sticks Of Sweet Cream Butter, Soft
½bar Cream Cheese, Room Temp
1 ½cupWhite Sugar
3Eggs, Large
½tspPure Vanilla Extract
1 ½cupsAll-Purpose Flour
1tspKosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
Cream butter and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
Continue to beat for 5 minutes or until the batter is light and fluffy.
Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add in the vanilla.
Reduce the speed on the electric mixer to low add half of each, the flour and salt until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepped loaf pan.
Tap the loaf pan on the counter to do away with any large air bubbles.
Bake on 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until the loaf is a golden color.
