Ingredients:

  • Sweet Cream Butter (Soft)
  • Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
  • White Sugar
  • Eggs (Large)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Kosher Salt

How to make this Cream Cheese Pound Cake:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Prep a loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.

Step 3. Cream butter and cream cheese together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.

Step 4. Continue to beat for 5 minutes or until the batter is light and fluffy.

Step 5. Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each addition. Add in the vanilla.

Step 6. Reduce the speed on the electric mixer to low add half of each, the flour and salt until just combined.

Step 7. Pour the batter into the prepped loaf pan.

Step 8. Tap the loaf pan on the counter to do away with any large air bubbles.

Step 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until the loaf is a golden color.

Step 10. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 ½ cup White Sugar
