2tsp.Olive Oil
1tbsp.Butter
½cupOnion, Chopped
¼tsp.Garlic Powder
3tbsp.All Purpose Flour
2cupsFat Free Milk
Salt And Pepper To Taste
2cupsCheddar Reduced Fat Cheese, Shredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Steam the cauliflower until it is just starting to become tender.
Cook the onions in a skillet over medium heat with the butter and olive oil.
Stir in the flour, and saute another minute. Mix in the milk a little at a time.
Add the garlic powder and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Thicken the sauce and then stir in the cheese until it has melted.
Toss the cauliflower in the sauce.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 1 hour.
