Fall-off-the-bone ribs are thestuff of legend, and Crockpot Barbecue Ribs are no exception. With just a few simple ingredients, this recipe yields ribs that are mouth-watering and full of flavor.
Ingredients
2tspWorcestershire sauce
2cBBQ sauce
4-5lbBaby back ribs
2tbspBrown sugar
1tspCayenne pepper
3tspMinced garlic
Instructions
Place the BBQ sauce, worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, cayenne pepper and brown sugar into a large Ziploc bag.
Season the ribs with salt and pepper to taste, and cut them into sections or even individual ribs.
Add the ribs to the Ziploc bag, close it, and toss to coat the ribs in the sauce.
Spread the ribs into the Crockpot.
Pour ¾ of the sauce into the Crockpot over the ribs.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
Serve with additional sauce for dipping if desired.
