Ingredients
1lb Ground beef
4tspChili powder
½ tspSalt
2tspCumin
Guacamole
½ tspGarlic powder
8ozCheddar cheese
½tspPaprika
8ozMonterey jack cheese
½ tspOregano
3Tomatoes, Small, sliced
¼ tspBlack pepper
12slicesBread
4tbspButter, softened
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Saute until browned completely. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in ¼ cup of water, and the oregano, cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.
Butter the back of two slices of bread, and place them butter side down in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add cheddar cheese to one of the slices of bread, and top with taco meat.
To the other slice of bread, add Monterey jack cheese, guacamole, and tomatoes.
Cook until the cheese has melted, and the underside of the bread slices is crispy and golden brown.
Flip one slice of bread on top of the other to form a whole sandwich.
