These little bites are absolutely delicious. The combination of flavors is perfect - the sweetness of the carrot cake is balanced out by the creaminess of the cheesecake, and all of it is topped off with a delicious glaze.
Ingredients
12ozWhite chocolate chips
1boxCarrot cake mix
4ozOrange candy melts
8ozCream cheese, softened
Instructions
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box, and then bake according to the box instructions.
Let the cake cool completely.
Beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Crumble the cake into the bowl with the cream cheese, and combine well.
Chill for 2 hours.
Form the cake mixture into 22 evenly-sized cake balls.
Melt the white chocolate chips until smooth.
Dip the cake balls into the white chocolate, and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the orange candy melts, and use the spoon or the tines of a fork to drizzle it over the top of the cake balls.
Chill until the chocolate has set on the outside of the cake balls, and then serve.
