Ingredients
4-6Large Fresh Peaches
1CupAll Purpose Flour
½CupWhite Sugar
½CupBrown Sugar Packed
¼TeaspoonSalt
½TeaspoonGround Cinnamon
½CupButter Softened
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Peel and slice the fresh peaches and layout in the bottom of a buttered 8x8 baking dish.
Add the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon to a medium bowl and combine well.
Using a fork or a pastry cutter, cut in the butter until the mixture is coarse and crumbly. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the peaches in the baking dish in an even layer.
Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes until the crumb is golden brown.
