Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a large 9x13 baking sheet with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Add the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla and combine well.
Pour the mixed batter into the greased pan and spread evenly.
Take a few spoonfuls of strawberry jam and swirl into one quadrant of the batter using a knife or toothpick.
In another quadrant sprinkle fresh blueberries, and add the chocolate chips to a third quadrant.
For the final quadrant mix together the melted butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined and swirl into the batter using a knife or toothpick.
Bake the pancake at 425°F for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center pulls out clean.
Allow the pancake to cool slightly before butting into slices and serving with your favorite syrup, jam, butter, or topped with powdered sugar.
