You won't believe how delicious these brownie bites are! So fudgy, gooey, and chocolatey you won't be able to stop eating them. The soft center and crackly topping is like the perfect chocolate fudge brownie in every bite.
Ingredients
200gDark chocolate
150gButter
½cupCocoa powder Dutch processed
1 ¼cupsGranulated sugar
½teaspoonKosher salt
2teaspoonVanilla extract
2Eggs
⅔cupFlour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the wells of a mini muffin tin liberally or line with paper liners.
Add the dark chocolate and butter to a large microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave on HIGH in 45 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Set aside to cool completely.
Once the chocolate has cooled, add the cocoa powder, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Which until smooth and well combined.
Mix in the flour until just combined with no visible lumps.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of brownie mixture into each of the greased wells on the mini muffin tin.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. They will be firm but slightly gooey and will firm up as they cool.
Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before carefully removing. Allow them to cool completely on a cooling rack before serving.
