These shrimp kabobs are so easy to make and incredibly versatile. Grab your favorite veggies and store bought seasoning and toss it all together with some shrimp, skewer it up, and grill to perfection.
Ingredients
1poundShrimp
1zucchini sliced
1red onion sliced
1red bell pepper sliced
1lemon sliced
1shrimp marinade
Instructions
Combine the shrimp, zucchini, onion, red pepper, and lemon in a large bowl. Add the shrimp marinade and toss to coat. Allow the shrimp and veggies to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes then thread the skewers with the vegetables and shrimp in only order you like.
Heat the grill to medium high. Once hot add the skewers to the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
