Ingredients
1tube of Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1lbBreakfast Sausage, Ground
6large Eggs
2cupCheese, Shredded
½cupHeavy Whipping Cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Spread the crescent roll dough out in one piece in the bottom of a well greased 9x13 baking dish, pinching the seams closed.
Brown the meat in a skillet over medium high heat until cooked through.
Spread the meat over the crescent roll dough.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy whipping cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and crescent roll dough.
